     self defense training.

3.  Chest protection
     recommended for

  Wrestling/Mat shoes
     permitted but not re-     commended.
  Shorts and TShirt
1.  Karate uniform / sweats may be also be used.

     *Men:  Generally 16 oz
      size.
     *Women: 12 or 14 oz
      size.
3.  Headgear
     Boxing style for maxi-
     mum protection.
4.  Shinpads
     Covers shins and feet.

     permitted but not
     recommended.

EQUIPMENT NOTES
 
1.  Students may purchase uniforms through school at a discount or externally as per individual choice.
2.  Students may initially use school kickboxing equipment (gloves, headgear, shin pads) but are expected
     to purchase own within a month.
3.  School will provide recommendations on kickboxing equipment and source of purchase.
